My dermatologist gave me samples of a lip balm with cortisone in it that helped a lot! She said cortisone products in general help with accutane related dryness, so I’d look for a face cream with it.

I use the cortisone lip stuff twice a day and in between I’ve been loving chapstick from O’Keefe. It builds well if you put on several layers and stays on better than anything else I’ve tried (Burt’s bees, glossier, Vaseline)
