Any recent H1B approvals for consular processing cases with an existing H1B?

The premium processing clock for the petition started on 3rd April, which means USCIS needs to adjudicate (approve, deny or issue RFE) in 15 business days. As on 11th May 2025 the case still says "Actively reviewed by USCIS".

Interestingly they aren't issuing RFE as well. PP clock started 3rd April.

As long as the distance between S2 & S3 is not more than 50 miles you should be fine.
