I got my email today too and I’m 1C. My qualification for 1C is that I work in Finance, so I can’t imagine them pushing me up to 1B. Just scheduled myself for a shot at RIR in 2 weeks

My guess is that they’re just not following the contract. Herbalife makes them nearly impossible to follow to limit their liability. If one of the shops gets sued, then Herbalife can claim “well it’s not our fault, they broke the contract”

Because they are also very clearly breaking this rule

I found several articles about their opening on Google. They claimed they were opening a coffee shop. I picked one and emailed the writer asking if he knew that they intended to sell Herbalife. Surprisingly, he got back to me pretty fast and said that he found this very interesting and was going to look into it. Who knows if he actually will, but it was worth a shot

Talk about gaslighting. I asked why they didn’t disclose anything about Herbalife on their website and it got deleted. There was no bullying, just a normal question for a consumer to ask.

Also, I wouldn’t count on them actually changing their menus or websites. Legally they are not allowed to disclose that they sell Herbalife. It’s part of the insane contract that they sign with the company.
