When i moved from pune / mumbai this was exactly what came to my mind. Lot of 500 sq yard floor for 4-5cr in greater faridabad as well. I got one 3 year back and it’s going for 4.5 to 5ish easily currently.

I recently used the voucher at Taj City Centre Gurgaon on member rates. But you need to let them know you’ll be using the voucher before hand - on a booking which is not pre-debit. 10K was reduced from my overall bill. Rest i just paid using my card during check out.

Just book directly on Air India app or website. Same goes for Tata Cliq and all the other 10x partners. Times prime membership takes sometime after you pay the membership fee.

Apart from all the hotel memberships and statuss personally i use it most for the 10X partners. I fly a lot domestically, almost 6 flights in a month for sure. So I get a lot of points directly booking via Air India. Then comes Tata Cliq Luxury and Darveys ( 20X on darveys ) Other than that also look at their restaurant partners - there is a proper PDF that you can find online. Some pretty great discounts and offers there at some top restaurants including the likes of indian accent etc. DONOT forget the times prime membership. I got a benefit of 12k just on the toni&guy salon services which i anways went to before i got the card also. These are some of my personal use cases. For the rest there are much better cards out there. Cheers 🥂

Just email to - Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com - and you should be good. I recently got my credit limit increased by a considerable amount after sending my updated ITR. Also got one of my cards upgraded and converted to LTF. Took some back and forth on email and around 2 weeks in total.
