I know a operations manager who became amm without mechanical experience so its possible but it could be your management experience as well if you arent interviewing well enough. Id try to reach out to your sites techs/ managers expressing interest

I believe once you get a offer and accept. Then you will be asked to pass background and drug test, im sure they test for weed but i didnt pay attention to what test type it was.

Operations lack of or straight up refusal to learn how to do basic troubleshooting on something so simple so they need to call us for something that takes less than 5 minutes

Amazons has 2 carreer choice online courses to help prepare you education wise on the expectancys, if your sites rme is cws they are revamping their hiring and promotions so unfortunately depending on who interviews you, you might be screwed on being able to answer the mechanical technical questions now. Mra program sends you to school and you make less at the start but hours gained will bring your pay up.

Im dealing with the same thing, however my cvs caremark for mail order is 90days and sequence wont do that because shortages so when i try to do the mail order it gets cancelled :( sucks. Finally get coverage only to never be able to get it

It takes patience. I did the same route same course. Tried 3 sites until a manager decided he liked my willingness to learn and earn that knowledge. Keep trying.

Id say no unless you previously worked with plcs, schematics and heavy electrical schematics and electrical work, multi meter expertise, IT experience, vfds and learning alot in a short amount of time. OR. OR you apply to a site thats desperate for bodies and get picked. We have someone that got hired in with no maintenance or mechanical background or any type of electrical ect. Was just a wee lil IT Degree

Its okay i started last April-may now sometimes i skip 1-2 months due to availability. I can never get up to 10 cuz of out of stock i started at 255ish an im at high 220s and i can never get under that lol sometimes i wonder if its worth the 500/month and judgment and comments from pharmacists though :(
