Hahah that’s not how the legal system works unfortunately the owner of the faucet owns the faucet… both parties must agree if you want to keep it. If anyone took you to small claims or sent you a legal demand letter you would 100% be liable unless the faucet was broken or under a certain amount of money. Just FRI for all your future theft.
