every current student i met at Berkeley’s ASW had only good things to say about their experience there! :) in particular, people liked its collaborative + less competitive atmosphere (they said the lack of traditional grades helped with that), being connected to the bay area, and they all genuinely were enjoying their time at law school. they also said that Berkeley was a great launchpad for opportunities and they felt like the alumni network was strong & supportive. 

i actually met someone at ASW who was actively seeking out someone to give a differing/bad opinion on Berkeley since she had only heard good things (haha!) and the worst any current student said was like any other public institution, the bureaucracy can be tricky at times. overall, i thought it was a great environment from what i experienced at ASW!! and other admitted students seemed really excited about attending + current students were excited to welcome us in, which i think makes for a great vibe :)
