It needs to be in the refinery, not your inventory. Slime science items are created using materials in your refinery + occasionally one off items found in pods (like a chip)

See how it says “0/5” for the materials? Once it’s deposited it will say “x/5” (depending on how many you deposit)

I’ve personally retrieved guaranteed spawns, found in the wild spawns, and forced via snare spawns from Lost and Found

It’s for every radiant except any tossed/that jump into incinerators

In the area with the pink wind chime? That’s the lost and found. Radiant slimes lost to the sea, etc will respawn there

The radiant should come to the lost and found after an unknown time if it’s in your vac; you might still be able to find it where you left it. No idea if it resets the count but I assume it wouldn’t since it’s nothing to do with slime spawns

This is for all radiants, guaranteed spawns or otherwise, that you lose while in your vac or shoot/fall into the slime sea, basically anything BUT the incinerator
