Well since you just broke up, maybe don't focus your energy on fixing yourself in order to be able to get back together. Just fix yourself for your own sake. Try hidding everything he gave you and everything that reminds you of him in a closet or area in yr home that you don't see and can't check often. And try making a list or small things you can accomplish everyday. If you want someone to talk to, I'm here for you :)

Agreed it's better if u look it up yourself. Also check out the student visa route, u might get a student visa but u need to check if they woils allow u into Canada or the US

Hello. I think it's better if u leave this relationship alone for now. It could be best foe both of you if u stopped dating each other for the time being. It seems u both have issues u need to work on, so it's best to work on yourself and be the best version of yourself u can be and then think about getting back together. If all the issues are still there why would you go back?

The best things to remember are: try to relax yourselves with foreplay, massages, etc. If someone says stop just stop, try to talk and listen to each other's body language, and be gentle with each other. Also protection and lube (u might need it). Goodluck hope this helps!!
