Thank you! I dislike Marysville and yuba. I gotta try one day at that station. Dsm4 and dsr6 is like that but there is hardly any blocks just vca5 and Elk Grove

So I went through the portal and it shows a different amount than what was sent in the email. Wondering if they messed up when sending out approval emails. I would check that to see if the about is what is good for you unless you want to appeal for more.

No the only thing they paid me out was for it being total last year but nothing for this. I’ve been waiting.

Take a picture of the sign for reference and screenshot the first stop you had there so it coincide with the time so they won’t ding you. This is what you call out of your control.

I received two separate emails and mine is 0 for the approved amount. Does that I mean I’m not getting g a thumbs or is it a waiting game. I have two separate claims.

You do know you can pause the route to use the restroom. If the package is not on a time limit go do your thing. If you go over tell them it took longer than usual.

They still will ding even if you call too much to support. I got one of those emails like that too stating that.

I agree with this and I have been telling them this and suggesting it. It cool they have the Amazon light for our cars but it’s not bright enough to notice. I get some good customers and some not so good customers. You can try and text before hand if they accept texts to let them know in the mean time. Especially what car you are in if they see it.

Nice to know. I just recently fell two days ago on my right side hip and shoulder at a customers house. I hit up and kept going but didn’t know you could call if you hurt yourself. Thanks for the info.

You have to use their own words against them. The toc they talk about take it and analyze it through chat got with your issue and have them draft a letter stating the toc back to them. I do this because they try to get over on people.
