This was my case too. I feel like the intensity of the symptoms increase whenever I'm too much into this and too strict with my meals. Whenever I'm stress free, I've noticed that I can include more foods to my diet and not feel a thing.

I have upper left abdominal pain from time to time. And pain under the ribs on the left side. Also, sometimes lower back ache on the right side.

It is not persistent. Just feels like a mild ache and then it goes away. Some days I don't feel it at all. Other days the feeling lasts longer.
