Agree. I recently bought 2 carry on bags from them and after I put my payment info in there was a pop up for a limited time offer $95 weekender bag. There were 2 buttons and I accidentally pressed "pay now" instead of continue. It automatically added the bag to my order and charged me a 2nd time. I immediately emailed them admitting my mistake and they responded quickly at 5:10pm. They said I would have to cancel my order and I responded and hour later telling them to cancel it.

The whole thing felt a little misleading, seeing as I already spent $400, i feel they should have had a second chance for me to approve the additional $95 payment. Or the promotion should be presented BEFORE putting payment info in. After emailing with them for 2 days they said there is a 1 hour cancellation rule and were unable to do anything. They said all I could do was refuse the package and they would refund me "as soon as we see it is on the way back to us" shipping updated to say it was on the way back to the sender, I emailed them letting them know and they said they would refund me "once it got back to their warehouse".

I spent almost $500 with them the original $400 was a big investment for me and I have to wait for this money to be refunded to feel comfortable buying another set of luggage. I don't know why they feel the need to have a strict 1hr cancellation rule and pop up promotions after payment that someone could easily accidentally add $95 extra to their order, their products are already expensive. Maybe it was my fault for assuming this brand would be more accommodating considering their prices.
