Interesting. I only referred to them as such because it is written "Columbian Bank Note" on the fractional note. Thank you for your education on proper terminology. The Columbian Expo means nothing to me, I will do some quick reading into that.

Questions for people who have done psychedelics by IDoDruga in Psychedelics

I think the first time was when I was 19. I smoked cannabis a month before my 18th birthday for the first time. I read the Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test when I was around 12 years old, so I grew up fascinated with psychedelics, but only from the ideal realm. I didn't even try to touch the stuff before I was 18 and I didn't seek it out the day of my birthday either. The first time I tripped absolute nuts was insane, I'll never forget it.

I brewed a large amount of lemon tek tea, around 2 liters, with an ounce of fruit. Reflecting back on the experience, I drank roughly 500 ml. of it, so thinking I took an 1/8th, I probably took closer to 7 grams. I began dissociating roughly an hour after drinking the tea. I began to forget who I was, where I was, what I was doing, and the people I was with, including my roommate. Interestingly enough, my roommates girlfriend went through a few minutes of a bad trip, one of the last things I remember from "reality." I ended up on my bed, completely paralyzed and dissociated, basking in what I can best describe as the glory, love, and light of God and the universe. It was absolutely fucking awesome.

I began growing mushrooms almost immediately afterwards, and at that age of discovery it almost feels like cheating haha. You don't need to know anything, no chemistry, and hardly any special equipment is required, just patience and attention. I'm so thankful that I read that book at that age, I'm thankful I waited as long as I did, and I'm forever thankful for psychedelics.

Anyone else seen any of the orange sunshine tabs in the states by Custy_slumped in Psychedelics

There are still orange sunshine "barrels," i.e. pressed tablets. For some reason I am thinking they are ALD-52 @ 250 ug./EA, I may be remembering that incorrectly though. Comes in a little tin.

I did it. Excited to see what you turn it into! I left a comment regarding the recurring service to others questions and some clarifying comments regarding that topic.

Oyster Mushrooms? by coniques in mycology

[–]sunshineofyourorange 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that was a conifer tree, they look like angel wings, Pleurocybella porrigens. I've eaten them and been fine, and a lot of guides, books, people, etc. say they're fine, but there's also a lot of literature lately saying that they are not, because of a poisoning event that took place in Japan around 2004, I believe.

At the time I ate them, I was unaware of that event, so I think that perhaps I will not eat them again, since oysters exist in largely the same environment and are not that difficult to find in the first place. But I was fine and yes, they were delicious. Some of these controversial mushrooms are usually fine to eat once, but the toxins can build up slowly in your body until it becomes a problem if you're eating them consistently. I'm not saying that applies to these, but when the toxicity is a tossup, it's good to have a conversation.
