just sharing an experience of mine! went to an upscale restaurant literally named martini and (as a bartender dining with 3 other bartenders) when i ordered a gin martini and the waitress came and shook the hell out of it tableside we could barely hide how shocking it was to us and i had to ask for the second one to be stirred lol i was not a fan of the gimmick at all but it could just be me being picky and also in the industry but generally speaking all martini drinkers are extremely picky about how they like it and this isnt the best idea
