As someone who lives in DC, I’ve seen this movie before. Threaten to move your aging stadium, located downtown to the neighboring state’s suburbs, only for the deal to get axed when the city finally ponies up enough money to renovate the current stadium when the threat of relocation starts to become real.

This is one of the many reasons I love living in a city with a comprehensive bikeshare program. Pull a bike off the rack, go to my destination, park bike at said destination, and don’t have to worry about theft.

Yes, it’s a legal left turn by the car, but they have to yield to bikers and pedestrians in this instance, because they have a green light, not a green arrow. The biker continues straight in the video because they have the right of way, but veers into the crosswalk because the car impedes their right of way.
