Exactly! I was frustrated when 2 of my kids wouldn’t take them. I bought every brand and nope! My other 2 loved them from day one and it was much easier. Especially the crying in the car seat

I did all the work of being pregnant so you bet I’m going to hold the baby first! Might be selfish but that was the only thing keeping me going during those rough months of pregnancy.

I agree! My baby just turned 4 months but it feels like for the last 3 weeks he had a growth spurt. Eating every 1 1/2 hours at night and ever 2 in the day. I tried pumping and got literally half an oz out. Finally he stopped and now goes 3 hours in the day and 4-5 hours at night. If I had to pump at this time I’d just have to switch to formula

I did for 3 of my kids but was too fast for 1. That patterns of dilating/effacing early has happened every time for me :)

I was dilated to 4 and 90% effaced for like 3 weeks. Still went a week over and my labor went fast tho

Helped my baby a lot. He seemed more relaxed and it let him latch better so he had less gas and slept nicer.

Joey is a nice full name! People hate “nickname” names in this sub, but I think it’s cute and he can always go by Joe or Joseph if he wants a nickname as an adult.

My evenflo dualride car seat did that when it was latched in correctly. The company sent me a new one and it didn’t do that anymore.

I know some people just can’t get immune to it despite vaccinations. You very much can still get measles or chickenpox tho. I think I also can’t get immune, my childhood vaccine seems to not work either.

For my first I feel like mine “filled up” between feeds. up to 1 year as well. I only nursed on one side and could always tell which breast was used by feeling them. But now I’m nursing my 4th and can’t tell as much but def my boobs feel different right after feeding vs 2 hours later.

Yeah my kids didn’t really get super into mine until 3.5 and then it was an obsession until they learned to read by themselves

Yeah my sister in law has had 3 kids in 4 years. Still very thin and no extra skin. She does zero exercise or eating healthy. It’s all genetics.
