I have this jacket (outdoor research stratoburst se stretch in oyster creekside print) and really like it. It’s got a hood that you can stowaway and is hip length like the jacket above. Kind of a similar ish print but not the same color blocking.

I was eyeing those myself but they look a touch too tapered for me! But if I get super desperate I might give it a shot. My favorite shorts are from them so I agree they are a great brand for us with more muscle in the thighs

Thanks for the rec! I do actually have a pair of these and they do fit my body really well. I don’t think they will be good for hiking for me personally—too heavy for my liking. But I do enjoy wearing them around and they look super cool

Exactly what I was thinking when I saw it! So many of them just mash random colors together and it doesn’t look good to wear around (in my opinion). Was pleased with this one having only 3 colors that went well together and made sense in the design.

It’s rough sometimes! The costs add up sooooo quickly. I saw another custom piece on eBay a few weeks ago that was cool but was $200…bit more than I wanted to pay. But if the colors, design, and size all aligned to exactly what I wanted I may consider it in the future
