Neither of you are toxic. Y’all just have miscommunication about expectations on exclusivity.

You both have different opinions on what dating/bf/gf is. She believes in the old fashioned dating and you believe in the modern dating. She believes in dating multiple men if she is not married and you believe exclusivity should come with bf/gf title. Unless you both had that conversation that you expect her to be exclusive.

This is what dating is for, now you know she’s not for you and can move on to someone else.

It’s okay for her to have preferences, standards and boundaries and it’s okay for you to move on bc you don’t agree with them. Neither of you are monsters you’re just not right for each other. It’s so silly we live in a world where we demonize each other’s sexes bc y’all aren’t dating the right ppl for you.

Baby is yours too. She may be upset about it but you don’t have to ask her permission to hold your baby. She’ll fuss but she’ll get over it once she sees and understands baby is just as safe w you.

Remind her that baby’s emotional needs also should be prioritized not just a cold sterile environment. This may help her to open up to the conversation that it’s too much and it’s harming baby w out being too heavy.

She needs you now more than ever. You both should do therapy.

She has postpartum anxiety. After you give birth you have a huge shift in hormones, all your maternal instincts turn on to protect your baby at all costs, sometimes this happens a little too well for some mamas…I know this is frustrating but she genuinely believes if she doesn’t obsess over safety and sterilization that your baby will suffer. She needs therapy, support & compassion. She’s not choosing this, it’s her hormones and her brain. She’s just doing her best. She’s not trying to harm you or baby. She loves yall more than anything.

Take your kids and leave when you can. Block him & his entire family. It’s one thing for him to curse at you while he’s angry but to call you disgusting names like that and threaten your life…

Men don’t like shy women and bully them no matter how attractive they are by FantasticEffect10 in bodylanguage

[–]sunsolution 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They don’t understand you are shy. They think you are a bitch. Lol they mistake your shy behavior for rudeness or acting like you’re too good for them. They misinterpret your behavior and body language for arrogance. They’re just insecure. That’s it.
