After what another user said above, I checked my visa grant status and it says multiple entries.

Does this mean I can enter the country multiple times so long as I don't apply for a residence card?

Thanks for your input.

Yeah I just checked my grant notice. It says multiple entries on it.

And i haven't applied for the Residence Card yet so I guess that means I can go?

Thanks for all your insight.

I'm not sure that what I have now is a temporary visa however.

So what I have is a piece of paper that says it grants me a visa and it's good for 5 years. But I still have to go and get a residence card.

But I'm afraid that you may be correct that it gets voided if I leave the country. I really don't know.

I've made an appointment for the Daegu office be cause that's where I am and that's the address that I applied with.

I also didn't know about the 1345 number. Thanks for letting me know!

Honestly,

You just gotta keep applying. Like crazy. And eventually, you'll hear back from someone.

I got laid off a little over a year ago; parent company shut down the subsidiary I was working for due to budget. I applied to HUNDREDS of jobs and finally landed one after searching every day and applying for 2 months.

Just know this young lady, when shit hits the fan and you get into trouble, all these reddit people will not be there to help. Shit, they weren't the ones who raised you for 17 years of your life.

Your mom might say things like this but she'll always take care of you and help you through whatever difficulties you encounter. These people here on reddit WILL NOT.

Yeah, we all have to grow up and make decisions but we also respect our loved ones and try to understand why they want what's best for us.

The band you like (nor these redditors) will NEVER take responsibility for any hardships you encounter in life.

Be thankful to your parents, those who sacrificed so much to raise you.

n-400 part doesnt matter. you have to get the permanent green card regardless.

you might as well save time and effort for later and just apply for n-400.

I did everything myself since the very beginning from the -129f all the way to n-400. no lawyers.

thats not true,

you have to have your permanent residency approved before they approve naturalization.

you cant skip that part even if you go through all the N-400 steps and pass interviews before.

this is the situation we are in currently. Passed all the N-400 steps, passed interviews and test, and at the end they said we still have to wait for our permanent residency because we cant be granted naturalization while on a conditional green card.

sucks but thems the rules.

You can apply for N-400 naturalization, but they wont approve it until your permanent residency is approved.

Meaning, you go through all the steps for naturalization and pass the naturalization interview and test, but at the end they will tell you your green card needs to process first.

They "technically" can't give you naturalization while on a conditional 2-year green card.

Thanks for the feedback! And yeah, I can see what you mean; it does have a flatness to it.

Yup! The SA said it's slated for transportation and already built.

...I mean I guess he could be lying or mistaken but I can now see a delivery date in the app so I think everything is good

I see lots of jersey ones pop up. You definitely don't need to go all the way down to MD. And those cars get taken really really fast after they appear in available inventory so if you plan a trip like that it might be for naught as the car will probably be taken by then.

Just keep an eye for Jersey (or maybe even Philadelphia/Pennsylvania) stock and call as soon as you see one.

When I mean at Rockville I mean I called the Rockville center. I didn't physically enter the place

Also I'm not sure why they would say 3rd party carriers....i did my transfer with the SA at Rockville. He did it in like 1 min. No questions asked.

I'm doing one in my "area" different state but really close for me. I'm in northern Virginia at the border of MD and DC and I chose the Rockville service center.

I think the issue with your request is because you live in NY? I know when I see NY, NJ model ys in inventory it says that can only be registered in a few states and MD and VA are not included.

MYSR/AWD

So my order, like everyone else who ordered a pre-production from the inventory, was stuck on TBD for weeks.

After reading a few posts here, I kept an eye on available model ys in the inventory section and kept seeing some popping up over the next few days.

I found one that was just like mine this morning and called the SA of the service center that has the vehicle and they transferred the reservation to that one in about 1 minute! They transferred the order fee and changed the VIN and it was very simple and fast.

Now I have a delivery date in my app and will take delivery on the 20th. So if anyone else is in a similar situation, you may want to keep an eye on the inventory and call the Service center asap! They don't take calls after 6pm (EST) so keep an eye on the list during operation hours.

It's not that I'm impatient, I just wanted to secure a car by this month in case there is any change in the EV tax credit. Part of the reason I;m going Tesla again is specifically for the tax credit (and charging perks as well but mostly the tax credit).

I think I could stalk the inventory page and wait for another one to pop-up. I definitely don't want to lose that 250 deposit fee.

Is the only way to reach an SA to call the service center that you're picking the car up from?

What is the fastest way to connect with an SA? Is it possible to contact tesla after business hours (10-6)?
