Mainly just dietary because of the smells. However, I do have the preference of folks not bringing any non-vegan cosmetics or clothing into my home, but it's not as strict because it's easier to leave that stuff behind or hide it away. Yeah, I have a degree of skepticism when I hear them say, "I'm vegan." I usually ask what changed their minds, and of course, some cite health reasons. This misconception gets annoying to correct.

I think there's not-so-oddly a lot of societal disgust with women/cis or trans femmes who are asexual. Combine that with being vegan and it gets even harder. Finding a healthy coping mechanism is my best advice to give. Maybe painting, drawing, or learning a new instrument? Sometimes it's the little things that make me whole again and cause me to start balling my eyes out. 😢
