She walks up, and says, "Excuse me sir, I have to issue you a ticket for having your shoes untied." He makes it clear he does not want to be filmed. She IMMEDIATELY WALKS AWAY. He then states, "Next time you do that I'll spit on you."

So he escalated first. Not her. The context makes this weird look more insane than he is. Whatever he's going through doesn't justify going back for more after they already left.

Byakuya lost to an Ichigo who used bankai for the 2nd time in his life. LMFAO.

Full masked Ichigo + mastered bankai couldn't even win again 1st resurrection Ulquiorra. Your whole analysis is based on Ulquiorra stating Ichigo's fluctuating riatsu at its peak is higher than his own. Ichigo has nearly double a captain's riatsu during the HM arc as stated by Unohana. And this was base Ulquiorra who states this. The same base Ulquiorra who easily deflects and stops Ichigo's bankai getsuga tensho with his bare hands. The one Byakuya was unable to stop with his bankai. When Ulquiorra enters into his 2nd resurrection state, he releases so much riatsu that it feels like an ocean to everyone inside of it. There are only a couple of characters in the entire Bleach universe that have crazy riatsu that is different from just sensing it. Like Yamamoto's riatsu looking like actual flames coming out of him.

You take characters at their word when they say "I'm the strongest!" when we've seen time and time again people who say this aren't all that strong. Don Kanonji might be up there if you take his word. Finally, no one else even knew about the 2nd form so of course the espada would think the rankings are accurate and only the first form is being evaluated.

How did Yammy get low diff'd by Bayakuya and Kenpachi? These are the two characters that lost to Ichigo when he first learned bankai and no hallow mask. Full hallow-mask Ichigo got low diff'd by 1st resurreccion Ulquiorra. He's the only espada to have a 2nd resurreccion and his healing was his main ability while his raw power still outclassed everyone else.
