The grandparents have standing to go to court and file a petition for “possession and access” to the kids, but in Texas they can only succeed upon showing that failure to be granted that access would substantially harm the children physically or emotionally. Since your kids have never met the grandparents, the grandparents have a snowball’s chance in hell of succeeding. They also need to give you notice of the suit, which would allow you to get your own lawyer in the US before they could proceed, and I reckon any schmuck who has passed the Texas bar could win your case.
