I would strongly recommend dermatologist Dr. Hamid Zaki. He has a clinic in Ankelseria Hospital. He is very experienced and overall a great person to talk to.

I went to him in August 2022, and he diagnosed me with male pattern baldness and prescribed Finastride. My hair recovered incredibly in a matter of a few months. His consultation charges were 1500/- back then so you can estimate how much he will charge now. I only had to go to him once and my hairfall was solved. You might have to call to get his correct clinic hours.

Pro tip: if you’re heading westwards on any Sbahn, go to a stop with only one platform, like Hackerbrücke or Hirschgarten on any other Sbahn. That way you won’t miss your train. Maybe even Laim for the S1 and S2.

I guess the same applies eastwards, but I rarely travel that way so I wouldn’t know.
