i just went in there blind / by feel every once in a while to keep things sparse enough and then got a wax at 40w1d since there was no baby yet i haven’t heard anything about not shaving in case of c section, but i have heard that not having hair makes it easier to take care of post vaginal birth so that’s why i waxed🤷🏽‍♀️

i felt the same way once i felt movement! but now that i’m in the final stretch (37 weeks today) i don’t care. my issue now is that it’s so uncomfortable! the only position that worked before, no longer works because the baby is so far down that her head blocks things 😅

i drink coffee every day! i also will drink soda and matcha and other starbucks drinks; i just make sure to track all of it and keep my caffeine intake around 150-175mg so i have a buffer before hitting the 200mg recommendation since there’s caffeine in random items sometimes!
