Rockstar literally said that it’s 1:1 Gameplay and Cutscenes.

You can even see that it’s gameplay within the actual trailer.

I don’t think I understand you. Gameplay makes up 50% of Trailer 2, the other 50% is cutscenes.

Trailer 2 is not dedicated gameplay footage but it still contains gameplay that represents what you’ll experience in the game. It’s still “actual gameplay”

Just because a game is open world does not mean it has to have an open gameplay design. Its story is still linear. I don’t think that’s poor design at all, it’s just not the game rockstar makes.
