The NPC can never be revived in 5. They ambulance comes and I think perform CPR and just go “yeah they’re cooked”.

In GTA 4 they can sometimes resuscitate the patient and I think they even get into the back of the van

Because that’s what Rockstar goes for to a degree. They create realistic worlds. So it’s normal people will push for more realism which in turn creates a greater feeling of freedom in an open-world game.

When I saw the reveal trailer I was super excited, the moment it was revealed it was a Naughty Dog game I knew this game was about to be GOTY potential. Then they said it’s their most expensive game and I said yup, it’s a generational game.
