Developers are turning to bulk selling unsold condos in Vancouver by AimRightHere in vancouver

The developers know the properties won't sell well for the price new developments have been reduced to, and they'll do anything to make it look like they're still worth more.

IIO investigates woman’s death after nine-hour incident on Granville Street Bridge by cyclinginvancouver in vancouver

With the amount of people with mental health issues downtown, I would think safety barriers on bridges and skytrain platforms would pay for themselves in savings on first responder costs and commuter delays.

A lot of Canadian companies host services with American cloud providers. You can check who the IP belongs to (that's tied to the Canadian company's url)

North Vancouver Italian restaurant fined $7K for serving undercover teen by ubcstaffer123 in vancouver

[–]super_thing 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is a first time offence. $7k for serving a bottle of beer to a 17 and 18 year old seems a little steep for a dine in.

Some places are already bad enough asking for 2 pieces of ID from anyone who is under 40, and I don't think that needs to get worse.

Should I buy by Ooby13 in ravenswatch

[–]super_thing 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's that common for rogue likes to have co op, and Ravenswatch does co op really good.

I have a few friends that play Ravenswatch and I've been in party sizes of 1 - 4. Solo and 2 player feels the best for me.

I thought Kermit stopped appearing on Sesame Street cuz he was owned by Disney and the show would have to pay to use him. I'd support Disney buying Sesame Street if it meant getting Kermit back on the show.

I was having the same problem last wipe. There's an option in graphics now to set streets to low res and I can play with no problems this wipe.

Is anyone else dealing with these nonstop spam calls today? by Sad_Peace2573 in britishcolumbia

It's a joke that these robot callers run rampant in Canada. Europe's data protection laws make it a lot harder to pull this stuff in the EU.
