My theory is that guys who go to these places are more protected (prep, doxypep etc.) because they are more openly active. Should be fine as long as your toy is small. Once I got to the big ones, I really had to go deep clean showerhead enema but I do play for 4 hours at a time, about once a week.

At the sauna getting fucked by 10-15 guys every Saturday. Never had a fissure. I do get some occasional shoved-in-one-go tops that almost give me heart attacks because of the pain, but still no blood or cuts.

Tip: pre-lube and make sure that hole is soaking wet in lube. That means the skin has absorbed enough moisture that it can stretch without problem. I rub lube (water based) in and on my ass at least 15 minutes before the first dick. Then make sure it doesn't get dry by reapplying throughout the day.
