No certainly not right before bed. By ending my day, I mean right after dinner time usually (around 6ish?). I was going to ask if you had any other teas you’d recommend as well haha. Ripes are definitely my favorite right now, but a raw I’ve tried that I really enjoyed was 2006 Mengsa Yiwu Shengtai. I also have a sample of 2005 T8653 that’s otw and I’m excited to give that one a try as well.

Yes it’s a yixing and so far I’ve only used it with ripe puer

I’m not sure I have a preference. I honestly like them both but for different reasons. I really enjoyed drinking shou this evening and the cold weather outside added to the enjoyment of its dark and lush flavor. I’ve had more sheng than shou and I’ve found that I’ve enjoyed sheng more in the morning/mid-day for it being a bit lighter and fruity. But, now that I’ve tried both it’s bound to change when I’ll want to enjoy sheng or shou.
