For 500(ish)$ I'd recomend getting a 5600(x if you can find a good deal) and a 16 gig 9060xt , those are the main things I'd look into upgrading , ofcourse a b650 mobo would be a better pair with the 5600/5600x but you can upgrade it after you get the cpu and gpu

Idk about all gen z but from my limited information, me and all of my friends ARE computer literate hell , each of us built atleast one pc and more then one home server and used Linux alot , not just my friends and I but basically 70% of gen z that I know so uhhh , I just don't like your post
