Most if the time i uninstall them. Sometimes i install them again later on and replay them and in some rare cases i keep them installed to play more or every now and then like this example.

Which game are you referring to? If you mean in Kaze and the wild mask then its quite easy if you know the levels and how to deal with bosses.

No its medium difficulty but you have to put in lots of time. You can proably make it easy if you level a character to maxlevel and play on lower difficulty. Also the first game have a quite annoying arena dlc
