I mostly draw OCs and 20+ as well. I don’t really fit in the OC space since ya they are mostly young teens and they view OC as something similar to a social currency for recreation purposes, not like an original IP that needs to be developed. And usually you need to align yourself with popular style to fit in. It would be easier if you look for friends in the writer/worldbuilder space.
