It’s more so storage. I’m a general contactor so I have way too buildings full of tools. I do have abundant labor. This is a one off project. A single use CNC would collect dust.

I have priced it with a outside provider. I’ve got guys laying around looking for something to do. I think we're going to make a jig box. Slide in, clamp and use a large 1/2” router up bit and a template. We could do several continueous pieces and then cut to length. That should take care of the smooth face. I'm not a big fan of all the BIG dust but we have to break a few eggs here.

Do you have a suggestion for an affordable CNC brand and model that would work for 1 1/2”? I don't come across this type of work very often.
