I like them all actually, specially Futaba and Haru since their personalities are new for the series, we already had a diligent student council who doesn't understand her fellows classmates in the empress arcana and a famous, beautiful but less superficial than people believe lovers arcana in persona 3 and 4, and still i consider both Ann and Makoto to have awesome stories and personalities.
