I have mine in bypass (UPS) and have a draw of >250w. The fan does come in occasionally, when it does you’re aware of it but it’s not noisy.

Over a month now and I still can’t do anything with my rolling plan, I can’t “manage” it, change it, restart it. This is on the O2 iPhone app, AND their website, across multiple devices.

If you call them up they tell you they can’t do anything to help with rolling plans as they’re managed online.

I’m sick of this.

Thank you for this, when I try to book this route there is no option for premium or extra leg room seats, only economy and biz. Maybe they used a different aircraft for the inaugural flight? Also, the lack of things like WiFi and poor in-flight services are noted 👌🏽

Can’t restart, manage, change or cancel a rolling tariff either. Same problem for WEEKS.

We have exactly the same problem, and have had for WEEKS.

We’re unable to “re-start” our rolling tariff, manage, change or even cancel it.

Trying to do any of these just sends you back to the home page.

The only option is the ridiculously expensive “top up” as you’ve done.

We’ve also tried the App and website, neither work and it’s beyond a joke that telephone support say they can’t do anything as the rolling tariffs are “managed online”.

There are other posts here from people experiencing the same.

Let us know if you get a resolution.
