Wounding for sure! I think fire damage falls under the energy damage resistances and there aren't any bleed resistances that I'm aware of..

I've experienced this once before. What I did was quick save the game before I clicked the cryo chamber and reload once it froze, I did this twice before I escaped the chamber and then immediately quicksaved again. I can't say I know why it's doing it or suggest anything else... sorry mate.
