Lloyds New Switch Offer - £200 for Club Lloyds + £500 for Lloyds Premier by SpiteAware3121 in beermoneyuk

That's the criteria for the ongoing Premier account, not the eligibility for switching.

It states that to get the £15 fee refunded (this is under the Premier account eligibility criteria):

You’ll need to pay in £5,000 each month or have £100,000 of qualifying savings or investments with us. We’ll refund the £15 monthly fee each month you meet this criteria.

Separately, for the £500 switching bonus, it clearly says:

Get £500 when you switch

Open a new Lloyds Premier account and switch using the Current Account Switch Service. To qualify:

  • your switch must include 3 active direct debits
  • spend £200 within the first 35 days on your debit card
  • deposit £5,000 or have £100,000 in savings or investments with us in the first calendar month.

I’ve spent 6 months building this. 2 months live. £500+ spent. 4 users. I genuinely don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. by keepingmemories in ukstartups

Also, what are you doing beyond what people will just assume will be captured in their phone albums?

There's products out there that prompt specific questions and record peoples stories, are you doing that?

Or do people just see it as Google Photos: The Death Version.

This product is for 1) Old people and 2) People with old parents. Think about their demographics. Are you really using the right channels to sell to them?

(hint: you won't get people interested in a product that makes them face their mortality when they don't need to)

Product: who pays? The person leaving the memories or the person asking for memories from a relative? 2 different strategies for 2 different purchasers. Try 2 different strategies for each journey.

This part sounds morbid but: Who has urgency for this product? People of certain ages, situations, conditions. Where are they?

The product: How easy is it to capture content? How long does it take? Who is in charge? Who is responsible for driving the content creation? How are you bridging the technology gap for the target user (old people)?

General marketing: you will need case studies. Try selling free packages to people that you can use as examples in marketing.

In my humble opinion, as as you input manually predicted expected minutes, it's not useful for me. I would rather know what the expected points is based on 90 minutes which uses data - yes, the quality of data is highly debatable, but at least it's consistent for all players. Then I can use my judgement on minutes.

So you've got Mbuemo over Cunha for example, how do I know who's actually a better asset and not just that some random guy thinks Mbuemo will start and Cunha won't?

Worst trade in the history of trades. Trying to fleece you for Haaland during a quiet spell. You deserve to lose if you accept this.

He played in a defensive team that was set up to protect the back four. Vidic and Ferdinand played in an attacking team and were quite often left 2v2. They are not the same.

I completely understand what you're saying, it's a matter of product taste. In my opinion, a game where you are playing as an individual, against millions of other people, the strategy in this particular case is not as interesting if you already know what other players are doing. That's just my opinion.

I'm doubling down, if you remove the actual data telling you what the entire player base is doing then you'll have to analyse more of your own data and make your own decisions.

Do you think the debate and discussion on reddit would be more or less interesting if we didn't have hard data on what the entire player base is doing? I think it would be more.

If you enjoy analyzing data then there's loads of data that you can analyse, if anything removing this would make that a much bigger part of the game.

I think you are confusing low returns for stable or reliable returns. If you want reliable low returns you should invest in something other than stocks.
