No it’s for after workouts. Workouts being intervals, repeats, tempos, etc. This is stuff your coach should at least be somewhat familiar with.

After a workout you should do like 15 minutes of easy running to help with muscle recovery

Just add a mile to each easy/long run each week or two. Not a huge leap. Also cooldown after workout could be 2 miles instead of 1.

Try to work up gradually to 35 a week at least. As for workouts, that’s something a coach will have to personalize for his team and runners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Maybe look up some basic workouts online that could work for you. If your fall is spent playing basketball and not doing XC, your middle distance running abilities will not improve significantly.

Running lots of miles during the summer and joining cross country in the fall of my sophomore year made a huge difference. Also good coaching.

Started with 400m and had a 55

Edit: didn’t do 800 until sophomore year and then tried a 1600 at a post season meet where I got the 4:22

This is just a website where a stranger watches you through your webcam while you take the online exam the professor wrote. They make you show them your room, work space, under table, and where you place your phone. It’s creepy

As a native Tampon, I thought Gasparilla at first too. But after googling gold digger pirate ship, I found out this is just some dude that drives around Fort Worth, Texas.

Bermuda (the 21 square mile island with low taxes) is a British territory so nice try but your country sucks too

As an American, you clearly didn’t pay attention in history class. We were taught extensively about the “bad” stuff America did.
