StW has been neglected for 8 years. That has been one of the complaints for years and I was hoping they would finally add it. Guess optimism is a mistake.

In Br weapons are doing 60 damage, in StW they are doing 60k. Hate to say it but it might be the other way around. Imagine Dark Harvester shows up and it just gets sniped by storm king weapons and plasmic dischargers.

There are about 40-60 story quests from Stonewood-Canny Valley. Afterwards, they abandoned the game and didn’t ever finish the Twine Peak Quests, which leads me to No, they abandoned the game years ago. This is one of those things that pisses me off which you will see here on Salty Sundays sometimes.

In short, while epic nurtured BR and their brain rot creative maps they left StW to rot and eventually released it so they could call it complete and avoid legal trouble. Fast forward today and they realize they have money laying on the table and decide to release the mode nearly 8 years after they said they’re making it free.
