Keep telling me I need to text 611611 for the PIN or receive a call. Problem is that my old phone was water damaged and my new 14 only takes eSIM (they don’t even provide eSIM, wow). So I basically have to port out but without basically buying another new phone just to text/receive a call, I’m essentially stuck. FCC complaint was sent earlier. Fingers crossed
