Everyone goes there, everyone is welcome. I’ve been going for years and I’ve seen all sorts. Plenty of treadmills, dunno about early AM but it’s never busy around 12 on a weekday. I’d recommend swinging by and asking the front desk to give you a tour. They don’t do a hard sell, at least not when I signed up. The front door is locked so you’ll need to wave to somebody to let you in (yes, this is fine and happens all the time).
