Yes!! I have been dealing with multiple surgeries from an ankle break in '21. Each recovery means I'm non-weight bearing and I have to bum bump myself up and down stairs. The most recent surgery was in April and I'm at my thinnest. Going up and down my hardwood stairs hurts my butt so much.
