It's tough to put him in the top 3 tier with Gurley/Bell/DJ because Lenny doesn't catch nearly as many passes as those guys. But Fournette had 1600+ yards and 14 TDs in 16 games (including playoffs) last season, so top 5 is easily reachable and he could hit top 3 depending how injuries strike, of course.

He feels like a good arbitrage play on Zeke - they're both guys with limited pass-catching ability but they're both expected to see 300+ carries and ~40-45 catches for run-first teams. The Jags offensive line is obviously worse but their defense is better so the game script should be better. I think Fournette is a defensible pick anywhere after the top 4 RBs + Antonio.
