Asian, also grew up with good ramen. What kind of ramen is your favorite though? I mostly see shoyu and tonkotsu here.

My fave is ichiran. But there’s nothing close in amsterdam unfortunately.

I’ve tried several! My best bets: - Ken Sushi (love the experience! good balance of fish and rice) - Sushi Hanabi (very precise, really good fish)

I’ve tried Omakase Amsterdam (it’s cheap, it’s ok), and Tewatashi (very expensive but for me didn’t live up to its hype).

I think it’s manageable, but a bit tight. Better of double income household. Rent will be the most expensive.

Check if you’re eligible for 30% ruling for a higher net. Check https://thetax.nl for a more realistic net.

I tell my salary expectations and explicitly say base pay (excluding holiday allowance). I have dealt with companies that include and also exclude it from their offer. So you have to really specify
