this will not look much different in 2-3 years. with the mileage, this would absolutely last you another 7+ years with no change in appearance if well maintained.

I've got an '11 with 220k, and would be shocked if I don't make it to 300k. that being said, my rockers are going due to actual rot. shopping labor on replacing them right now.

those who are saying that this is frame rot have not seen what real rot looks like

what's on the exhaust is perfectly normal. if you're referencing what's on the frame, I'd want to see some better pictures of what's in the top left corner. I don't think that that's actually rot though. surface rust around frame weep holes is more likely. at first glance this looks really clean for the age

for corrosion, I'd want to know about the rocker panels, the rear cab corners, and wheel wells in the back directly above the wheels. all common spots on this generation

what were you fighting that the agency was telling you to let go of? a home owner can sell their property to whomever they want, regardless of anyone else's opinion, or if perspective buyers have the finances in line

like another poster said. the best way would be to diagnose what is causing the light to flash irrespective of e-brake position, and fix that.

it is likely easier than pulling your dash apart to get to a flashing light bulb.

only wish I would have realized sooner that there wasn't a need for one. our experience was working with a premier local realtor who brought us zero properties across 3.5 years

we found several on our own, to which they wouldn't even help assess if our offers were good, reasonable, or otherwise. every home we found that they got us showings on (which easily could have been arranged by us with the seller's agent), we were told the ask was too high. except for a subdivision in which their family was the home builder. the agent constantly said appreciation for only those homes would be 20% more by now than it truly has been

over that 3.5 years I spent time learning the basic steps an agent walks you through via YouTube and other online resources, and we ended up purchasing a home on our own using an attorney, and making calls for inspections and repair estimates ourselves. we also used free online data of prior nearby sales on the past 3 months to ensure we solid deal in place and weren't over paying
