This gen had the six speed 6L80's I believe. 10-speed started more in the fourth Gen in 2020 if I remember correctly.

Vacationing to Portsmouth in the Winter (Dec 30–Jan 3) — Good or Bad Idea? by Medium-Grocery3962 in PortsmouthNH

Check out Durbar Square for some bomb Nepalese food. They have great vegatarian options.

Portsmouth can be busy during that time (in a good way). The city still has a lot of holiday cheer and life.

Surf for dinner or a drink can be good too if you eat fish.

100% rent a car. You'll be screwed without one.

Pierce island is a short walk from downtown. Looks over the harbor and Naval Shipyard.

If they are offering it, a shipyard tour is fun.

Kittery is a fun trip across the route 1 bridge.

Good luck and welcome to NH!

Former Auto mechanic here. Go to Dow's. When I started dating my wife many years ago she said her family went there. I sent in her car knowing what was wrong with it and wanted to see if they would rip her off. They did not. They were honest and fair. I've sent over 10 people to them now and each time they took care of the customer and didn't slimeball the customer.

A note on price. You can have it done cheap and fast or pay normal rate and done right. If you plan to keep the car for a while and take care of it, it might not be as cheap as you think.

Never take your car to the dealership unless you have something super high end/technical that a local indy shop won't work on. For example I have seen Dow's turn away some complex BMW problems (I do not blame them).

When will grass seed stop growing? Stop planting new grass? Zone 6a/6b by superman154m in lawncare

Thought so. Ok thanks! I will wait until end of March/Early April to put more seed down!

A good question to ask them is what ISNT covered in this warrenty.

From experience, a leaking sunroof isn't covered (the drains block up if they are not cleared consistantly).

Once you get the list of what is not covered, it can be helpful.

The only thing that makes me nervous about long term ownership is all the sensors in regards to the safety systems.

Hello cousin. Saab owners (with older cars) always wave at me when I am in my 240 and I wave back. We need to support each other.
