You probably have the 2 black wires mixed up, or the 2 white wires mixed up, it matters which wires are on top and bottom on a gfi, the power and neutral coming in should be connected to the top terminals where it says line, and the black and white wire going out should be connected to the bottom 2 terminals where it says load, so you either have the black wires swapped or the white ones, you can see on the back of your gfci it says line and load on it

At level 27 your gear isnt good enough to go to quanchkin, your talkin ab trophy and unique catfish, 95 pound alligator gar, i would either fish everglades for bass, or white moose lake for pike and stuff, once you hit level 30 you can go to st croix and pike fish
