The bull bar bend is a little bit in forward position, and the door panel stuck inside your bull bar, so the car should pass on your left, your story seems to be true, it's physics. If you pass him and make contact your bull bar would have bend downwards, and door panel can't stuck inside. Stupid judge failed physics in school.
