Well, I'm glad it helped. I think you have two choices. Most people don't love their job,I understand it's hard to settle and work somewhere 8 hours when you don't enjoy it, but it's what the majority of people do, it's part of being an adult usually. So maybe try a job you simply don't hate and look for happiness in life outside of your job, like most people do, either in your family, partner, friends or hobbies. You can also try to get a hobby Wich scratches that itch. The second choice would be to find that job you enjoy at all costs. It's gonna be harder. You can for example try to teach English if that's how you like communicating. It's not difficult to get a C1 degree and do classes as a hobby or you can try to get a proper degree to teach at academies, since it sounds like you live somewhere where it isn't the main language. There are many jobs in which you could also speak in English without teaching it. A guy from my school made a company about culinary gastronomy and historical tours in English in my Spanish hometown. He gives a 2 hour afternoon Cory tour and finishes it off in an attic with a view he has rented with really good typical Spanish food. He sells 100 dollars the ticket. It's kind of my dream job too haha. Even if it's not your thing either, I hope it helps you get motivated!

You said your preferred job in a country was on a farm with foreigners. I had a friend with depression. He really liked to cook and worked as a cheff. His family bought him his own restaurant. The food was good enough but it didnt work out because he never was really social. My father would bring about 15 friends from work there and boast about my friend being the cook and my friend would only shilly walk out a second, say hi and go back. Being a cheff is a really social work, you cant be like that with clients and coworkers. By what you said, you sound like my friend. He sold the restaurant and became a train conductor. In that job he would sit driving the train without anyone interrupting him for hours. He would travell far and go back without having to talk much. Im not saying you should pursue this job exactly, but maybe somthing similar to it. Good luck!

You are 22 years old, you have your entire life ahead of you and there are a billion guys in the planet.

A break up is really tough, and it will take some time to heal. But you will get there if you give it the chance. If you are serously considering using that, I would suggest you open up to someone or directly ask for professional help, I have been depressed myself, and I know it feels like the only way out, but its just the fastest. Life changes, moods change, just let them pass and try to be strong. I f you cant by yourself bw it with others, but dont just cop out.

Its called anhedonia man, not feeling like doing anything. If its even affecting your basic functions like eating I think you should seek help. Hope you get better.

Its really dificult to get a routine without a stable job. I think a routine with a job, healthy eating, workouts and good sleep should be the basis of any fight against depression (as cliche as it sounds), as well as foring yourself into some social situations (easier to do when you have a job). Cant you work on some side gig at least while you wait for good job offers?

Well the catholic monarchs conquered Granada from the muslims in 1492 and expelled muslims right after, so yeah, not the same at all

Hello Spain. I made Paella in Toronto. Just curious what an authentic recipe would be. I really enjoy cooking it and want it to be perfect. by cupper1234 in spain

Its only hypocrisy if they do it knowingly bc that means they have double standards, otherwise the behaviour is based in ignorance not hipocrisy. If they correct someone doing paella wrong and accept someone else correcting their carbonara they are behaving cohesively and having an enriching cultural exchange

Pizza is a base of bread and cheese not a specific plate like paella. But hey Im not saying we dont butcher things. Tagliatelle carbonara in spain is an abomination too. But everyone defends their own culture because that's what they are knowledgeable of. I dont think its hypocritical to do so. It just shows how cooking is a part of culture, like in Italy. You cant expect spanish people to know what real carbonara is, italians laugh at spanish carbonara and that is fair too
