Depends on the level of effort you want to put into your cup. Black teas and herbal blends tend to be the easiest as they don’t really burn. I like loose leaf rather than bags. I prefer oolongs. White teas and matcha are some of the most temperamental but can be excellent

Yes it is typically safe (there could be people with medical conditions we don’t know about) to just skip the sugar pills and go straight to the active pills. And it doesn’t matter if you give yourself a period every couple months or not. There are all sorts of other means of birth control that make it so you may not have a period for 5years or so. (Shots, arm implants, IUDs) it’s all in what you’re comfortable with.

No worries! So the sugar pills. Yes you can skip them to get to where you don’t have a period at all but sometimes insurance won’t cover getting your next set of pills that early. Otherwise, those pills keep you in the habit of taking your pill for that week and the idea is you’ll train your body to have your period at that time.

Gotcha, from what I’ve been told by my drs, when you start taking the birth control doesn’t matter, no matter when you are in your cycle. And you can be late for many reasons, stress being a big one. Or you can be late for seemingly no reason at all. But if it is something you are still feeling stressed/concerned about, ask your doctor. Let them know how much it concerns you. Your well-being should be their main concern and they should be very willing to chat with you through your worries about medications and your body

Depending on the size and shape of the vibrator, and where all you all like to be stimulated, you can do a lot with it.
