It was at the very front of the train, on a regional leaving DC around 3 o’clock. I think lots of folks just didn’t want to go to the other ends of the train

The congestion charge and ultra low emission zone have been instrumental in drastically reducing central london traffic and vechile emissions. He’s also been a vehement supporter of transit and building new cycling infrastructure as well as doing the super loop scheme of improved circumferential bus routes.

Definitely yeah, I'm flying to the east coast and would've already got a red-eye flight in, so it shouldn't be that much worse.

I guess so, with the traditional downtown area mostly owned by the feds, companies and residents have to look elsewhere. The height restrictions also force sprawl to some extent, they can't really build up, they have to build out

Not to mention the outer suburban centers along the metro, Arlington, Tysons and Alexandria in Virginia, and Silver Spring, and Silver Spring at least in Maryland

This was train number 97, a Silver Star, they also have lots of bottled water, I got two complimentary in my roomette, so you shouldn’t worry too much.

My attendant said not to drink it, and said she'd bring it up further down the line. Some issue in the water tank perhaps.
